Accessibility Standards

All pages on this website make use of several accessibility features to allow most users to affectively navigate the site and find relevant information. In addition to accesskeys for links and logical tabindexes for all forms, all images are marked with alt and title tags in order to describe image contents and applicable links contain title tags to describe the link target. No links on this site will unexpectedly open additional browser windows and all links can be followed with javascript disabled. All links are also text based and not image based. All pages have also been tested for color content to ensure that all text can be read if images or colors are not rendered. All pages have been tested for and pass US Section 508 Guidelines as well as W3 Web Content Accessibility Guidelines with a minimum of WCAG 1.0 Compliance.

Visual and Structural Standards

All pages on this website make use of CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) as recommended by W3 for visual rendering and avoid the use of tables except for tabular data. Most font sizes are based on relative units in order to allow resizing of text as needed by individual users via their browser. In addition, semantic markup is used to provide logical document flow in case a browser does not support stylesheets or a visitor chooses to disable them.
