Each instructor on the Genius 360° staff is hand picked by an Instructor Trainer and put through rigorous "real time, real situation" interviews and training. Unlike some of our competitors, Genius 360° does not hire undergraduate students who have done well on the test to provide instruction for our GRE® course. Our Instructors are actual faculty and staff currently working in the teaching field, most of which within the subject area they are instructing. They are first and foremost, teachers with real life expertise in their subjects and in the classroom. This makes them better equipped to not only instruct for the test, but also to tailor the instruction to individual learning styles. Our instructors are creative and dynamic teachers that are encouraged to bring their own personal teaching style to the material, while providing the student with the tools to best attack and conquer the most challenging questions on the test itself.
